We want your experience with Es Whip Shop to be smooth, clear, and trustworthy. Please review the following policies before ordering.
Shipping Policy
All products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to U.S. addresses only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Custom orders are made to your specifications and may take up to 6 weeks depending on our production queue. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at eswhipshop@gmail.com before placing your order.
Return / Exchange Policy
Each whip is handmade with care, and we take pride in meeting your expectations. Still, we understand that ordering a custom product online can be a leap of faith.
You may request a refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving your item.
To qualify:
The item must be unused and returned in its original condition.
Contact us at eswhipshop@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery.
Return shipping must be via USPS Priority Mail.
Es Whip Shop will split the cost of return shipping with you.
Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund minus half the return shipping cost or offer an exchange.
Improper Use Disclaimer
Whips are tools, not toys. Misuse can result in injury. Es Whip Shop is not responsible for any harm resulting from improper or unsafe use.
Please educate yourself on safe usage and only use our products in consensual, risk-aware contexts. Es Whip Shop makes no guarantees about the suitability of any product for a specific individual or application.
Liability Waiver
By purchasing from Es Whip Shop, you agree to assume full responsibility for how any product is used. You waive any and all claims against Es Whip Shop and its owner(s) for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur from use or misuse.
