Once you place your order, we'll email within a few days to ask for your color choices for the fall and handle knot. We'll also ask your choice for the handle top - silver, brass, or paracord (and color). See the images above. For color options, you may choose from any color listed in the image on this page.
 
Unless otherwise requested, the length of the fall will be 24".
 
All custom orders may take 3-4 weeks before shipping.

  • Refund/Exchange Policy

    At Es Whip Shop, we strive to ensure each product we ship out is of the highest quality. We hope that your vision matches our product. However, we recognize that ordering a custom-made product online can be challenging!

    So that we can make this process as risk-free as possible, we offer a refund or exchange period of 15 days from the date tracking indicates your product arrived at the address provided. Please contact us at eswhipshop@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your product to initiate your return or exchange. To be eligible for the 15-day return or exchange, the product must be received as shipped. Any product damage, dirt, or unusual wear and tear will disqualify it for a refund or exchange.

    The customer must initiate return shipping using the same method it was originally shipped (typically USPS priority mail). Es Whip Shop will split the cost of return shipping with the customer.

    Once Es Whip Shop receives the returned product, we will issue a refund minus half the cost of returning the package.
